Growth through Successful Debt Recovery
For years, ACT has grown organically, expanding from its original Los Angeles-area location to a second office in Bakersfield, California in 2002, and a third location in San Angelo, Texas in 2007. To keep up with client demand, the company added a Mason, Ohio office in 2012 and a Dallas, Texas office in 2013. This ongoing growth resulted in the company achieving status as an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company for 11 years (2006-2017). ACT now operates four offices with more than 400 employees, each sharing the same goals and ethics inspired by our founders.
Expansion through Account Control Technology Holdings, Inc. Delivers Financial Strength
In 2013, the company placed itself under the umbrella of Account Control Technology Holdings, Inc. (ACT Holdings). In 2014, ACT Holdings acquired Convergent, bringing the organization to 17 offices and more than 4,6400 employees, with diverse service lines including revenue cycle management in addition to debt recovery, customer care solutions and business process outsourcing. The holding company’s diversification ensures stability and that we will always be there for our clients.
