Dale Van Dellen has nearly three decades of debt collection experience, including 25 years as ACT's Founder and Chairman. Dale's entrepreneurial spirit thrives as he seeks strategic opportunities for growth, providing oversight and guidance to the ACT team. Dale's commitment to ACT's success is deeply rooted in the company's dedication to delivering positive interactions with account holders in order to achieve outstanding recovery for clients.


Tracey Carpentier

Chief Executive Officer
 

Tracey Carpentier is a highly respected leader with over 20 years of experience leading companies and delivering revenue and EBITDA growth for large multi-national, private equity owned and privately-held companies. As ACT Holdings’ CEO, Tracey is responsible for developing operating plans and achieving short and long range objectives that will drive continuous growth. In addition, Tracey is passionate about inspiring and developing people; building innovation; focusing on the customer and delivering results. Prior to her CEO appointment, Tracey served on ACT Holdings Corporate Board of Directors for over a year making her transition to CEO almost seamless.


Troy Ortega

Chief Operations Officer
 

As COO, Troy Ortega is responsible for the performance of the operational facilities and the development of key strategic partnerships to support the overall organization. Troy's 20 years of collections and call center management experience have equipped him with superb analytical skills, operational proficiencies and solid management practices. Troy's methods ensure ACT operations achieve maximum performance for ACT’s clients.


Maureen Burke

Chief Financial Officer
 

Maureen Burke has more than 20 years of comprehensive business and financial services experience with global enterprises including CFO and other senior finance leadership and consulting roles. As CFO, she is responsible for ACT Holdings administrative, financial, accounting, and project management functions. She leads the development of financial and operational strategies and management of the control systems which preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.


Sameer Maini

Chief Information Officer
 

Sameer Maini oversees ACT's IT and data security teams, and he leads the implementation of technology enhancements. He has more than 15 years of senior-level engineering, application development and technology leadership experience. Leveraging an extensive background in contact call center support both in the U.S. and internationally, Sameer has driven business performance within the collection industry for more than 10 years.


Jonathan Endman

General Counsel
 

With over 10 years of litigation and arbitration experience, Jonathan Endman serves as ACT’s attorney at law and leader of the firm’s Compliance Department, providing legal guidance and oversight to ensure all facets of the organization operate ethically, lawfully and within the company’s high standards. Before joining ACT, Jonathan worked with several prominent Los Angeles-area law firms, gaining expertise in consumer protection, employment law, real estate law, corporate risk management, civil litigation and other matters. For the past two years, he has been recognized as a Finalist in the Top Corporate Counsel Awards presented by the Los Angeles Business Journal. 


Fabian Grijalva

Executive Vice President, Human Resources
 

Fabian Grijalva brings nearly 24 years of experience in human resources, staffing, finance, strategy, planning, operations, and project management. In this position, Fabian is responsible for overseeing the HR management strategy, talent development and fostering a culture that will drive sustainable business growth.


Lynn Heineman

Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
 

Lynn Heineman has spent the last 20 years of her career building long-term, client-centered business relationships within the collection industry. She coordinates the efforts of ACT's sales, marketing and client service teams to continually improve service and results for clients. Lynn's keen understanding of the collection industry and her participation in industry organizations helps her champion the best interests of ACT’s clients and account holders.
