Dale Van Dellen

Dale Van Dellen has nearly three decades of debt collection experience, including 28 years as ACT's Founder and Chairman. Dale's entrepreneurial spirit thrives as he seeks strategic opportunities for growth, providing oversight and guidance to the ACT team. Dale's commitment to ACT's success is deeply rooted in the company's dedication to delivering positive interactions with account holders in order to achieve outstanding recovery for clients.


Mike Meyer

Chief Executive Officer
 

Mike Meyer has more than 21 years of successful experience in executive management and business development within the consumer services industry. As the CEO of ACT Holdings, Inc., Mike is responsible for leading the development and execution of long-term strategies with the goal of increasing revenue. In addition, Mike will oversee any expansion opportunities while ensuring ACT Holdings, Inc. maintains a high ethical and social responsibility. Prior to this appointment, Mike was the CEO for Convergent, Inc., a subsidiary of ACT Holdings, Inc., for over five years.


Chad Benson

Chief Operating Officer 
 

Chad Benson has more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial services and technology, specializing in growth management, capital planning, operational and customer lifecycle management. As the COO, he is responsible for operations and data analytics for all ACT Holdings companies. He oversees day-to-day operations, including strategy creation and building employee alignment with client and company goals


Jeff Hunter

Chief Administrative Officer
 

Jeff Hunter is an industry veteran with over 25 years of executive leadership in the collection industry. He paved the way with the early use of data analytics and technology to improve efficiency, recovery and operating margins within the accounts receivable management sector. As the CAO, Jeff manages and provides strategic planning for our legal, quality assurance, compliance, training, client services and facilities. Jeff graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.


Maureen Burke

Chief Financial Officer
 

Maureen Burke has more than 20 years of comprehensive business and financial services experience with global enterprises including CFO and other senior finance leadership and consulting roles. As CFO, she is responsible for ACT Holdings administrative, financial, accounting, and project management functions. She leads the development of financial and operational strategies and management of the control systems which preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.


Sameer Maini

Chief Information Officer
 

Sameer Maini oversees ACT's IT and data security teams, and he leads the implementation of technology enhancements. He has more than 15 years of senior-level engineering, application development and technology leadership experience. Leveraging an extensive background in contact call center support both in the U.S. and internationally, Sameer has driven business performance within the collection industry for over 10 years.


Fabian Grijalva

Chief Human Resources Officer
 

Fabian Grijalva brings nearly 25 years of experience in human resources, staffing, finance, strategy, planning, operations, and project management. In this position, Fabian is responsible for overseeing the HR management strategy, talent development and fostering a culture that will drive sustainable business growth.











Troy Ortega

Chief Operations Officer
 

As COO, Troy Ortega is responsible for the performance of the operational facilities and the development of key strategic partnerships to support the overall organization. Troy's 20 years of collections and call center management experience have equipped him with superb analytical skills, operational proficiencies and solid management practices. Troy's methods ensure ACT operations achieve maximum performance for ACT’s clients.
